Transferability Policy

No listing may be published on the marketplace until an administrator has explicitly confirmed that it is legally and contractually transferable.

We do not automatically assume that third-party platform accounts, credentials, subscriptions, or profiles are transferable.

Products, accounts, or credentials that are not legally or contractually transferable — including but not limited to non-transferable third-party subscriptions or accounts bound by an issuer's terms — must not be listed.

Listings may be suspended at any time if new information indicates a transferability issue.
